We offer a wide range of internet speeds, from basic 300 Mb/s to ultrafast 1 Gb/s. The choice is yours. A lower speed is sufficient for casual web browsing and email. Higher speeds, on the other hand, are essential for streaming services, studying, working remotely, and online gaming.
In order to sign the contract, you will need to present a passport or residence card. For
rented apartments, you must also show the technician your rental agreement during
installation. You only need the PESEL number when purchasing mobile services,
such as mobile telephone services, mobile internet, and TV Smart offers.
If your contract has a commitment period and you need to terminate it early, you may
be required to pay an early termination fee. Contact customer service for more
information about costs and formalities. For more flexibility, consider our noncommitment internet offer.
While we do not officially provide service and technical support in English, we are
committed to assisting you and, when feasible, addressing your inquiries in
English. Our primary objective is to ensure that each and every customer feels cared
