In order to sign the contract, you will need to present a passport or residence card. For
rented apartments, you must also show the technician your rental agreement during
installation. You only need the PESEL number when purchasing mobile services,
such as mobile telephone services, mobile internet, and TV Smart offers.
If your contract has a commitment period and you need to terminate it early, you may
be required to pay an early termination fee. Contact customer service for more
